The AV3’s design provides an extended lower rim for added reflective light coverage. Weighing in at less than 1 oz. (25 grams), you'll forget you have them on.

Choosing Viewing Powers
Choosing Viewing Powers
To select a viewing power, consider how you will be using your Dual Eyewear glasses. If you are a cyclist or pilot looking for a clear read of your instruments, you might want to consider a magnification that is a bit weaker than what you use to read a book. For example, if you use 2.0 readers at home or at the office, try a 1.5. We recommend this because of the extended distance to your handlebars. But don't worry, you will still have plenty of range to make close-up repairs.
To prolong the life of your Dual glasses or any other eyewear, we recommend you wash them with a mild dishwashing soap. Rinse lenses first with water to flush off any dirt particles, apply small amount of soap and lightly rub the lenses with your fingers and rinse. Do not use paper products to dry the lenses, this will scratch the lenses over time. We recommend drying them with a microfiber cloth.
I originally bought the AV3 Aviation model because I liked the looks and needed a set of cheaters for driving and shooting. They are tremendously lightweight, and true enough, I can wear them under any of my helmets and ear muffs without any discomfort. The arms are so very thin and lightweight that I can wear them without that painful pressing against the mastoid bone behind the ear. That was a major problem with several brands of sunglasses I had purchased in the past.
Lens clarity is excellent, with no peripheral distortion and not much frame to block my peripheral vision.
Nose bridge seems to be in an ideal position for me, but is adjustable for anyone.
I will tell any reader that you won't be disappointed. I plan to buy more, myself.
